PROGRAM COORDINATOR (full-time, Sneedville, TN)
serve as the Project Coordinator for the Hancock County Rural Health Network. Responsible for the planning and development of local Rural
Health Network activities and structure, plans for quality client care, regulatory and contract compliance and interagency and community
relationships. Serves as primary liaison with local Network partners, the Hancock County Drug Use Prevention Coalition (advisory council
to the project) and insures required HRSA reporting is done at a quality level with assistance from the Project Director (Vice President)
and in-kind WestCare staff. Leads and facilitates planning meetings, schedules project activities and publicizes accomplishments and activities
of the Network in Hancock County and throughout rural Tennessee. Valid drivers’ license and proof of insurance; good written and verbal
communication skills, 2 years recent management or supervisory experience;
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology,
childhood education, education counseling and/or similar course of study. 4000 hours work experience in social services and
80 hours of alcohol and other drug abuse training, within four (4) years immediately prior to the date of assuming
responsibility as a Program Coordinator or within two (2) years immediately after assuming responsibility as a Program Coordinator.
Local knowledge and experience working with the rural people of Hancock County and the surrounding area;

Direct Care Worker (Pike County Detention Center)
40 hours per week position. Person in this position will provide direct supervision of clients insuring safety of all residents; provide
transportation when needed, modeling appropriate behavior and compliance to program rules. High School Education/GED, valid KY drivers
