WestCare Arizona continues to grow with even more services for our community! Meet Joe Debaca, Program Coordinator for WestCare Arizona’s Quick Response Team (QRT). The QRT is available throughout the tri-state area serving Laughlin, Needles, and all of Mohave County. This team will provide immediate behavioral health crisis within 90 minutes of receiving a phone request and ensure that those in crisis receive timely behavioral health services without delay regardless of where they initially seek care. Everyone is eligible for crisis services regardless of insurance status. The goal of QRT is to reduce the following: unnecessary detentions, overutilization of emergency services, use of hospital emergency departments, and involuntary psychiatric commitments. We are excited to have Joe on board and this new program that is dedicated to our community and helping Uplift the Human Spirit!
