We empower everyone we come into contact with to engage in a process of healing, growth, and change benefiting themselves, their families, co-workers, and communities. We do this through our efforts toward “Uplifting the Human Spirit” by consistently improving and strengthening everything we do in building for the future.

Our Credo

We believe our first responsibility is to our clients and the families from which they come to us seeking help and hope. We must meet them where they are, treating them with the dignity they deserve, recognizing the value of the human spirit. In meeting their needs, our first priority is to provide the highest quality services possible and to make them accessible to those in need.

We are responsible to our employees, the men and women who work with us throughout the world. Each one must be considered as an individual. We respect their dignity and recognize their merit. They must have a sense of security in their jobs. Compensation must be fair and adequate, and working conditions clean, orderly and safe. We must be mindful of ways to help our employees fulfill their family responsibilities. Employees must feel free to make suggestions and complaints.
