(Miami, FL) WestCare The Village South is proud to announce the successful completion of a Diaper Drive led by their Community Action Council (CAC) member Barry Sanders of Knight Insurance of Broward. Through his leadership and outreach across social media, Sanders mobilized his community to collect 24,465 diapers for families served by WestCare The Village South programs in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
“Barry’s leadership and dedication show the incredible impact one person can have on a community,” said Dustin Forman, Director of Community Engagement at WestCare The Village South. “Access to diapers may seem small, but it makes a huge difference for families. Every diaper provided means a baby stays healthy, a parent has one less worry, and a family feels supported.”
