The WestCare Leadership Team is committed to continuing the vision of uplifting the human spirit throughout each and every WestCare location. Through the governance of the Board of Directors and guidance of the Senior Staff, WestCare Foundation has grown into an organization in 17 states, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, the Republic of Palau, the Dominican Republic, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
Each entity of WestCare is led by its own management team and governed by their Community Action Council. WestCare is proud to be consistently improving, expanding and strengthening the quality, efficacy and cost-effectiveness of everything they do in building for the future.
Community Action Council
Community Action Councils are the voices, eyes, and ears of WestCare. Each state recruits members of their community to serve on their local council. The network is a vast and powerful collection of think tanks that puts many items within the organization’s agenda into motion.
