Last month, we had the opportunity to work with an amazing community partner, from Dallas, OR! Owner of Red Clover Public House Matt Hinshaw and Pitmaster Chuck Armstrong graciously visited us to deliver 35 lbs of smoked briskets to our Veterans! To complement the brisket, our kitchen staff fixed up delicious macaroni salad.
Everyone ranted so much about the BBQ being so juicy and delicious, that they all left with full bellies and smiles.
Thank you, Matt and Chuck for taking the time to come out and feed our local heroes and VETcare staff members. We look forward to work with Red Clover Public House in the future.
