WestCare Nevada welcomes new employees at our Pahrump location! The new staff has already been making a great impact on rural Nevada and NyE county residents. Clients served at this location have doubled since this amazing team joined us!

Jennifer Dobbins Finn, Director, Pahrump Outpatient 

Jennifer began her career at WestCare as a CADC intern in 2018 and then as a CADC in 2021. Now, as the Director of Pahrump Outpatient, she leads the day-to-day operations of the entire Pahrump office since 2021, as well as leading individual and group counseling sessions. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health.

“I am deeply grateful for this opportunity to advance my career at WestCare and continue making a difference in the lives of our clients,” said Jennifer. “I am excited to take on new challenges and contribute to our mission of supporting individuals in their recovery journey. Helping others overcome addiction is not just about treating the disease, it’s about empowering individuals to reclaim their lives, rediscover their purpose, and restore their hope for a brighter future.”

Stephanie Massey, Program Coordinator 

Stephanie is a seasoned leader with experience in leading and overseeing teams in the behavioral health industry. She believes healing happens for individuals when the team they are working with is at their best. Stephanie weaves together her management experience and lived experiences to assist every individual she encounters. Her passion lies in helping individuals find their strength within themselves. She has a vast knowledge of developing effective programs, overseeing activities and details, managing administrative tasks, tracking budgets, ensuring that programs meet company goals and staff development. She is certified in anger management facilitation and as a crisis intervention specialist. When not working she enjoys the love of her plants, pets, and family.

Amber Ashford, Peer Support Specialist

Amber is excited to join WestCare Nevada in Pahrump and is deeply appreciative of this opportunity to serve her community. Her career journey has been diverse and enriching. Before 2019, she spent over 17 years in the automotive industry as a Finance & Insurance Manager, working across California and Nevada.

After relocating to Pahrump, she transitioned to a role as a Bookkeeper/Payroll Manager with a tax preparer, starting as a temp and moving to a full-time position. Subsequently, she served as a Project Coordinator/Payroll Assistant with a local asphalt paving company.

She is thrilled to bring her varied experiences and dedication to WestCare Nevada to make a positive impact!

Deborah Bourne, CADC-I

Deborah, also called Deb, has a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. Her passion has always been centered on counseling and helping people get through some of their toughest times. She finds compassion to be a core component of who she is as a person, and it has guided her to become someone who listens compassionately and offers help and support without judgment. “I’m truly excited about the opportunity to work at WestCare and continue to help people lead fuller, richer lives,” said Deborah.

Vanessa Cope, Admission Specialist

Prior to WestCare, Vanessa was a Research Assistant for the Army Research Institute in Heidelberg, Germany, worked in banking in West Palm Beach, Florida, was a certified law enforcement officer in Columbia, South Carolina, was the Education Coordinator for the Department of Psychiatry at MUSC in Charleston, South Carolina, and for the last 20 plus year, worked in various capacities in Las Vegas. 

She comes to WestCare with a wealth of various backgrounds and experience and is fully bilingual in Spanish, all of which she hopes to use in assisting our clients! In her spare time, she likes to read and watch historical and archeological shows, as well as take care of her fur babies.

Antonaria Johnson, Case Manager/Healthcare Navigator

Antonaria has five years of extensive background experience in Behavioral Mental Health. She loves to make a difference by showing that there is always room to become our better selves in life while providing the tools to do just that. “I look forward to using my skills and experience to help serve our clients,” said Antonaria. We are the people, and we all matter.”

Jennifer Nguyen, Research Assistant

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, with a focus on health disparities among low socioeconomic communities. She is passionate about assisting individuals and communities in obtaining the care they need to improve the health outcomes for underserved populations. She also really likes cats!

Jaclyn Sutton-Rangel, QMHP

Jaclyn has worked in various behavioral health settings over the past 20 years as both management/leadership and as a clinician. She is driven by a profound commitment to facilitate positive changes in a person’s life. She has an extensive background in working with juveniles and adults who struggle with addiction and mental health disorders. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Human Services from UNLV and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She is licensed in the state of Nevada as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Supervisor of Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Interns, Supervisor of Peer Recovery Support Specialist Interns, and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.

Taylor Wolf, CADC-I

Taylor is currently a Counselor-Intern who looks forward to continued growth in the future while serving others. With a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and an Associate’s degree in Human Services, she has a heart for helping others, particularly those struggling with addictions. “My mission is to assist those that are still in the dark,” said Taylor, “by offering them a new sense of hope and walking alongside them as they build a foundation for lasting recovery.”
